Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving new business growth.

The successful candidate will have experience in specialty coffee and a strong network of industry contacts. They will be able to adapt to the dynamics of coffee sales, work collaboratively as part of a team, and be a positive representative of our brand through internal and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong new relationships that align with our brand values
  • Grow and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and prospective clients
  • Delivering incremental growth through new business
  • Representing our company at internal and industry events
  • Supporting and nurturing existing business through relationship management and training
Requirements:
  • Experience and passion for the specialty coffee industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a passion to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
