Enterprise Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team and play a key role in driving innovation, service reform, and sustainable digital transformation.

  • Provide strategic direction to deliver sustainable, value-for-money ICT services and technologies.
  • Develop, review, and implement enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Influence ICT planning and investment decisions by providing specialist enterprise architecture advice.
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners.
  • Lead and advocate for business and system reform in a large, complex organisation.
  • Ensure ICT services and solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned to organisational priorities.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in enterprise architecture/design in large, complex organisations.
  • Strong expertise in delivering ICT solutions in a service provider or commercially focused environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate with influence and facilitate open, transparent engagement.
  • Experience developing and managing architectural strategies, principles, and roadmaps.
  • A strong understanding of public sector operations, ideally within healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive digital transformation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (well-regarded but not mandatory).
