Transform Digital Customer Experiences

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our client's digital customer experience. This strategic initiative encompasses ecommerce capabilities and customer-facing platforms, requiring expertise in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable outcomes.

This flexible role offers a great work-life balance with four days working from home and one day in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to comprehend requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Translate customer and business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for digital platforms.
  • Develop user stories, process maps, and documentation that drive clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Support product owners and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure business value is achieved.
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within digital, ecommerce, or customer-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex information in plain language.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience working on projects involving websites, customer portals, or digital platforms is highly valued.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture.
