Facilities Team Leader Position

The role of a Facilities Team Leader is critical in maintaining the high standard of cleaning services across various school facilities. This position involves ensuring that contract and client requirements are successfully met and delivered to a high standard.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial environment.
- The ability to consistently perform at a high level.
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities to direct a small team of cleaners.
- Provide friendly and consistent service to managers and colleagues within the team.
- Work safely at all times and be capable of working independently.
