Leadership opportunities exist for a skilled Asset Manager to support the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care in our dynamic Facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management, maintenance and lifecycle planning of all assets within the Western Region portfolio.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with teams to develop maintenance strategies that support operational excellence across sites.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or a related discipline, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic Services. They will possess strong leadership skills and experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within healthcare environments.
They will be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check, as well as proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and contributing to the development of strategic plans that drive service improvements.
