Estimated Salary: AU$ 58,600 - AU$ 67,000 per annumJob Description

The successful applicant will have a Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a similar role. You will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate programs for individuals and groups of children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and contributing to the overall procedures of the campus-based centre.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and children. You will be passionate about providing high-quality education and care, and be committed to ongoing professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Associated Diploma level qualification recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • Minimum of 12 months demonstrated experience in early childhood services
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to applying the National Quality Framework and Standards, the service philosophy of Education and Care, the National Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework
