About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Narrandera Children's Centre. As an ideal candidate, you will have a Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a genuine interest in working with children.

As an Early Childhood Educator at our centre, you will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate programs for individuals and groups of children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and contributing to the overall procedures of the campus-based Children's Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that promote the well-being and learning of children;
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, educators, and families;
  • Working collaboratively with educators, families, and children to achieve shared goals and outcomes;
  • Staying up-to-date with the National Quality Framework and early childhood education best practices;

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent;
  • Experience working in early childhood education services, preferably in a leadership or management capacity;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with educators, families, and children;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving;
