We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) to join our team at the Narrandera Children's Centre. As a key member of our educator team, you will contribute to providing a high-quality education and care program that meets the needs of children attending the centre.

About the Role

The successful candidate will implement developmentally appropriate programs for individuals and groups of children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment and contributing to the overall procedures of the campus-based Children's Centre.

Please note: our Centre operates from 8am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a genuine interest in working with children, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to implementing educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the National Quality Framework, be able to effectively engage with educators, families, and children, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Associated Diploma level qualification recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • Minimum of 12 months demonstrated experience in early childhood services
  • Understanding and commitment to applying the National Quality Framework and Standards, the service philosophy of Education and Care, the National Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework
  • A Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and First Aid qualification approved by ACECQA
