About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential impacts of change initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive communication plans for stakeholder engagement and understanding.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions to equip staff with necessary skills to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop project documentation related to change management activities.
  • Work closely with the organisation's change manager and project team to align change activities with project timelines and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff during transition periods, addressing concerns and queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in implementing change management strategies within the technology space.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Previous experience working in the education industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
