Job Overview


As a dedicated IT professional, you will be responsible for delivering effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning. You will work within the ITIL framework to provide end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment.
