Front of House Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, energetic, motivated, and a multitasker.

This role involves greeting customers and their pets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house area. As a multifunctional role, you may also be required to step into the daycare role or assist with other tasks when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and their pets in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns
  • Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Assist with pet handling and care as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Passion for animals and excellent animal handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian residency and valid work authorization
