**Position: Customer Service Representative**:
At Kip, we provide pets with the best care and enrichment - and have our people to thank for it. We are compassionate caregivers to our four-legged friends and exceptional communicators to their paw-rents.

We are looking for a customer service expert to engage with our customers across phone and digital channels. You'll report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and will be the first point of call for our clients, new and existing.

**What are the responsibilities of the role?**
- Triaging inbound calls
- Conducting outbound calls to potential leads or lapsed customers
- Building rapport with new and existing clients

**What are the minimum requirements?**
- Must have experience in customer service
- Strong conversation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to meet targets
- Competent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Professional telephone manner
- Experience with Dialpad highly regarded
