Job Title: Customer Service Representative
">At our retail store, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, inspiring and educating customers on pet care and products, and contributing to a positive and supportive store culture.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;">
- Inspire and educate customers on pet care and products based on your knowledge and expertise;">
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently while aiming to meet store sales goals;">
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store is well-presented and stocked with the latest products;">
- Stay up-to-date on pet care, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers;">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
">- A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service;">
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pet-related field;">
- A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets;">
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members;">
- Physical capability to lift up to 20kg products;">
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.">
