We are seeking an experienced and skilled Neonatal Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Special Care Nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care.
- Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Develop strategies that promote effective communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals.
- Certified as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in neonatal nursing, preferably in a level 2 nursery.
- Able to work independently and unsupervised in the Special Care Nursery.
- Working with Children check (if relevant).
