Production Management Opportunity

Are you a seasoned production professional seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products;
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and order processing;
  • Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes;
  • Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a production management role; preferably in the construction industry;
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Australian work authorization is required;
  • Ability to commute to Acacia Ridge, QLD;
  • Forklift license is an advantage but not essential.

Experience:

Preferably 2 years of experience as a Production Manager within the construction section.

Work Authorisation:

Australia (required).

Acacia Ridge, QLD (required).

In person.

Salary:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
