The Role:As our Product Lead – Network you'll play a critical role in determining where and how we grow, using customer and market insights.  Reporting to our Product and Innovation Manager you'll support the channel strategy and design, solving real-world problems and piloting new initiatives. In the role you will:

• Map out the most exciting geographic growth opportunities for our collection channels, identifying where our next success stories will unfold
• Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable design principles for future channels.
• Build an understanding of customer recycling behaviours, motivations, barriers, and needs in collaboration with the Customer Experience Team.
• Monitor global schemes and trends across industry and adjacent sectors.
• Lead the design for the future of all return channels in our network.
• Design a product roadmap, driving optimisations and new introductions through end-to-end product management.
• Collaborate cross functionally with teams including operations, marketing, customer experience and digital product to bring channel strategies to life.
• Track and report on performance outcomes, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in product / solution delivery. (Minimum 5 years)
• Ability to see the big picture, connect insights to strategy and design for long term impact.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, underpinned by a truly collaborative approach to create and deliver outcomes.
• Customer centric with a deep understanding of customer behaviours, and a passion for designing valuable experiences.
• Capability in commissioning, interpreting and applying qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualisation tools with the ability to turn insights into actions.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, innovation, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility to hold a Blue Card.
