The Role: As our Product Lead - Services you'll help shape COEX value propositions, product portfolio, and go-to-market plans for B2B customer segments and industry partnerships. Reporting to the Product and Innovation Manager you will play a key role in ensuring our business customers and partners can easily collect and redeem 10c containers through scalable, commercially viable and operationally feasible service models.  In the role you will:

• Support the Product and Innovation Manager through the full product lifecycle, from concept and design, to delivery and optimisation.
• Develop strong relationships to enable smooth deployment and customer engagement.
• Collaborate cross functionally to build delivery plans for all product initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to leverage key insights to B2B customer and partner needs, behaviours and operational contexts.
• Partner cross functionally to manage the product roadmap, balancing priorities, schedules, budgets, resources and desired outcomes.
• Build market understanding, identifying barriers and opportunities.
• Monitor trends and industry developments to inform and inspire future service and product designs.
• Lead product readiness activities ensuring clear communication, documentation and training before operational handover.
• Provide reporting, analysis and insights to support product decisions and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in product or solution delivery with accountability for delivering service solutions.
• Ability to see the big picture, connect insights to product and service design.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to create and deliver outcomes.
• Customer centric mindset with an understanding of behaviours, needs and experience design.
• Capability in commissioning, interpreting and applying qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualisation tools with the ability to turn insights into actions.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, innovation, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility to hold a Blue Card
