About the Role

The Receptionist position at Linkforce is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our operations. We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming visitors and staff members with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Managing all incoming calls, correspondence, and emails
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders using PRONTO and updating relevant systems
  • Assisting with AOD screen processing
  • Coordinating and managing office and team processes, including visitor registrations, mail, couriers, and other office resources
  • Data entry and document uploading
  • Managing and maintaining office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment
  • Other administration duties as required

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • 1 + years' experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
  • A well-presented, 'people person' who enjoys communicating in a friendly and professional manner
  • Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
  • Mining Industry knowledge or experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A National Police Check
