**Job Title:** Sales and Marketing Manager in Travel

 

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves driving revenue growth by selling product training and marketing packages.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales results, building commercial partnerships and account management. They should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as knowledge of the travel industry.

 

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Increasing revenue and expanding market share in their territory
  • Building strong personal connections with key individuals in their account base
  • Preparing and researching to take a consultative sales approach
  • Providing clients with relevant information and ideas
  • Identifying and exploring new commercial partners
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

 

The successful candidate will also have:

  • A passion for training, learning and development within the B2B travel sector
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to travel and attend relevant conferences and events
