Job Description

The Senior Financial Leadership position is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of a dynamic organisation. This role oversees the full financial control environment, ensuring high-quality statutory and regulatory reporting, compliance with APRA requirements, and effective internal processes.

This position plays a critical role in delivering accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

In addition to managing core finance deliverables, the role has a strong strategic focus—leading transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the organisation is well-prepared for future mergers or structural changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly qualified finance leader with a strong technical foundation and tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • CA or CPA designation, with significant financial reporting experience in complex, regulated environments.
  • Deep technical accounting expertise, particularly in IFRS, APRA reporting, and AASB 1056 Superannuation Entities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as TechnologyOne.
