We are seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to join our team as a key leader in the construction division. This role will be instrumental in shaping our finance structure and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of accountants, overseeing system accounting, compliance, and finance projects.
  • They will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and finance leaders, to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
  • This position requires the ability to design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems, ensuring ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
  • The Finance Manager will oversee statutory compliance obligations and coordinate internal and external audits for the Construction divisions.
  • Responsibilities also include managing internal projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • Experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in manufacturing or construction, is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and strong decision-making abilities.
