Our organization is seeking an accomplished Financial Director to assume a pivotal leadership role in our senior management team.

This key position will oversee the finance function, supervising a team of two finance professionals and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

This strategic role plays a critical part in supporting and driving the company's overall direction. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the finance function across all areas, including daily operations, budgeting, cash flow management, financial and management reporting, taxation, audit, compliance, and insurance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with overall business objectives and support long-term growth
  • Leading and managing a high-performing finance team, ensuring seamless and efficient financial operations
  • Acting as a key finance business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and financial guidance to support strategic decision-making

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Proven experience managing all aspects of the finance function within a complex, multi-entity environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small finance team

Technical skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Experience with accounting platforms such as Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
