We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationships and Community Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate a high level of ownership and be passionate about helping customers navigate their banking needs. This includes transaction activities, consumer lending, and other financial solutions.

You will have the ability to effectively communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone, as well as quickly learn new systems and processes.

We value individuals who are keen to learn and progress in their career, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that meet customer needs. A strong understanding of banking products is essential, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.

Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is desirable but not necessary.
