Job Title: Community Engagement and Partnership Manager
Job Description:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead, develop and grow relationships with community, industry and government stakeholders at a regional and community level.
The role involves leading engagement activities to gather insights on regional/community needs to inform decision-making at an organisational level and leads partnership and growth activities to support delivery of high-quality education and training aligned to TAFE NSW's strategic plan and current and emerging industry needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Proven experience in community engagement and partnership development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
