Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Asset Manager to join our team. This exciting role sits within the Property Strategy and Planning department.

You will be responsible for managing leased properties, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to financial oversight and play a key role in ensuring our leased assets are well-managed, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification with 2+ years' experience in commercial property management and leasing or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to identify risks and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders throughout the lease lifecycle
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with a strategic approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client and tenant relationships
  • Strong background in lease negotiation, administration, and overall lease lifecycle management
  • Skilled in budget preparation and management, with the capability to conduct detailed financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
