Portfolio Asset Management Specialist

This position is situated within our Property Strategy and Planning division, overseeing the management of leased properties across our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property management and leasing, with a proven ability to identify potential risks and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders throughout the lease lifecycle.
You will be responsible for negotiating lease terms, managing rent reviews and renewals, maintaining accurate lease data, and fostering strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Key contributions will include financial oversight, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals, as well as ensuring our leased assets are well-managed and maximized for their full value.
