Chief Customer Experience Manager

As a Chief Customer Experience Manager at DuluxGroup, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team to ensure excellent customer and consumer experience
- Assist with training requirements and monitor KPIs and development plans
- Maximise conversion to products and encourage loyalty to brands
- Ensure telephone service levels and abandoned call rates are managed
- Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team effectively
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer and digital skills
- $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (estimated salary range)
- 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave
