About the Role

As a Chief Customer Experience Manager at DuluxGroup, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team to ensure excellent customer and consumer experience
  • Assist with training requirements and monitor KPIs and development plans
  • Maximise conversion to products and encourage loyalty to brands
  • Ensure telephone service levels and abandoned call rates are managed
Requirements
  • Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer and digital skills
