Create exceptional customer experiences in our luxury eyewear store
We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at OPSM. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert knowledge on our luxury eyewear brands, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
At EssilorLuxottica, we are passionate about opening eyes to the unseen. Our company brings together the expertise of two industry pioneers, one in advanced lens technologies and the other in the craftsmanship of iconic eyewear, creating a vertically integrated business that is uniquely positioned to address the world's evolving vision needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process specialised orders for our customers, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Drive sales through the provision of expert knowledge on our luxury eyewear brands, including Ray-Ban, Oakley, and CHANEL.
- Contribute to a positive and fun team culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the luxury eyewear industry.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
