About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to achieve daily deliverables and drive sales goals while creating a memorable atmosphere for customers.

  • You'll lead by example on the floor, demonstrating a hands-on approach to recruiting, training, and developing future leaders.
  • This role offers a big-picture approach, where you'll manage costs and productivity while driving sales goals with passion and enthusiasm.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior manager experience with a strong understanding of profit measures and a drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
  • Ability to create an outstanding looking venue, ensuring a happy team, and delivering a fantastic dining experience for customers.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and location factors.
