As a seasoned IT transformation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in high-profile projects. Your strong background in infrastructure and enterprise platforms will be crucial in delivering strategic change across cloud, data, and infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with solution designers and developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct impact assessments and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
  • Define user stories, process flows, and review test cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in IT Analysis roles.
  • Proven expertise across IT Infrastructure, Network Uplift, Security, Cloud Storage, Data Migration, and BAU Service Management.
  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms: SAP, SAP-BW, Oracle Apps, PeopleSoft.
  • Experience in projects involving Project Management Office (PMO) governance and industry best practices.
