Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical business analyst who is eager to learn, solve complex problems, and develop their skills in strategic consulting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structured analysis with creative thinking, comfortable working with numbers and data, and keen to build their ability to engage with clients and present insights.

The successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of project delivery and client engagement, including gathering data, conducting research, building models, analysing data quantitatively and qualitatively, benchmarking industry issues and markets, collaborating on proposals, conducting interviews and supporting workshops, developing recommendations, and preparing high-quality written reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering data and conducting research

  • Collaborating with colleagues on proposals and tenders
  • Conducting interviews and supporting client workshops

Requirements:
  • Experience in professional services or corporate head-office role with a minimum of two years of industry experience
  • Exposure to some consulting toolkit skills
  • Prior consulting experience highly regarded
  • Exposure to hypothesis-driven strategic problem-solving and top-down thinking methodologies
  • Bachelor's and/or higher degree qualification in a relevant area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Team-oriented individual
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
