We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Advisor.

This key role will focus on developing and maintaining strong working relationships across various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the recruitment function to identify and attract top talent.
  • Assist with the administration side of hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Create and distribute an internal monthly newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in generalist HR roles or administration.
  • Knowledge of employment law to provide accurate advice and guidance.
  • Understanding of relevant HR processes, including WHS, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • A can-do attitude, demonstrating resilience and tenacity in the face of challenges.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, engage with stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
