About the Role
We're on the lookout for a
People & Culture Advisor
who's ready to make an impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both strategic and operational HR initiatives, supporting a diverse workforce and partnering with leaders to drive meaningful change.
You'll be a trusted advisor and coach, helping to shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Be the go-to HR partner for managers and employees across multiple locations, including manufacturing sites.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from job design to selection.
Support culture-building initiatives, engagement programs, and organisational change.
Drive continuous improvement through HR projects and data insights.
Champion governance and compliance across all HR practices.
Facilitate performance reviews, development planning, and exit interviews.
Contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or agriculture.
Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, able to handle confidentiality, and highly organised.
