About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or agriculture.
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle confidentiality, and highly organised.
Why Join SunRice?
  • Flexible work options – because life happens outside of work too
  • Generous staff product allowance & discounts
  • Values-driven culture – Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Community
  • Employee benefits – including gym discounts, Bupa health cover, travel perks, and referral bonuses
