Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician

This role involves providing maintenance, service, and repairs to heavy equipment in a professional team environment. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Machine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Produce machine condition and technical reports
  • Ensure the quality of work is aligned with company documentation and specifications
  • Workmanship is completed to a professional standard and on time
  • Liaise with customers where appropriate and report on customer interactions
  • Ensure timesheets, service reports, and relevant documentation are completed accurately and promptly
Requirements

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

  • Mobile plant trade certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction and utility mobile plant
  • Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
  • Commitment to safety and ability to work in remote areas
  • CURRENT LR/MR/HR LICENSE OR WILLINGNESS TO OBTAIN ONE BEFORE START DATE
