Deputy Team Leader
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with experience in leading teams to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Head Coach to develop and implement strategic initiatives, motivating and empowering team members, and driving business results through effective leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive key strategic results and profitable growth by leading the store team and culture.
Collaborate with the Head Coach to create a best-in-class experience for our community, including developing and implementing events and managing the business.
Create a daily game plan to inspire and engage the team to drive results, ensuring accurate completion of stock and VM maintenance tasks, and monitoring daily sales results.
