Midwife Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled midwife to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to women across the full continuum, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services.

The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (APHRA) and demonstrated ability to practise as a midwife within a multidisciplinary team. They will also possess basic computer literacy and the ability to use electronic health information systems.

About the Role

  • Position Classification: Registered Midwife

As a member of our team, you will be required to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and consult with obstetric, medical, and other health professionals as necessary. You will also be expected to maintain your position in the pool by working a minimum of two shifts per month.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
  • Registration: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (APHRA)
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to practise as a midwife across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal care, lactation, and infant feeding within a multidisciplinary team; Basic computer literacy and the ability to use electronic health information systems
