This role leads our international efforts in Women's Health, working collaboratively with the commercial team and leading Medical Science Liaisons. Based in Sydney, New South Wales, this position requires travel to this location.
The key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing brand performance locally
- Co-owning growth strategy and annual plans
- Developing objectives and aligning individual function KPIs
- Managing progress on KPIs and underperformance
This full-time position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a blend of home and at least 2 days per week in our office. Candidates must be within commuting distance of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand internationally
- Collaborate with commercial team members
- Manage MSLs in the medical team

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. You should have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to analyze complex data.
