Medical Affairs Co-Lead, Women's Health

We are tackling the toughest health challenges and putting the patient at the heart of every move we make. Our global vision for Patient Centricity is to support the development of innovative health solutions through a deep understanding of the patient experience.

This role leads our international efforts in Women's Health, working collaboratively with the commercial team and leading Medical Science Liaisons. Based in Sydney, New South Wales, this position requires travel to this location.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing brand performance locally
  • Co-owning growth strategy and annual plans
  • Developing objectives and aligning individual function KPIs
  • Managing progress on KPIs and underperformance

This full-time position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a blend of home and at least 2 days per week in our office. Candidates must be within commuting distance of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand internationally
  • Collaborate with commercial team members
  • Manage MSLs in the medical team
