Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or a related field.

- Intellectually capable with the ability to apply theory in a practical context.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to demonstrate enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible and able to work away from the office as required.
- Committed to upholding company core values and the Ethics Policy.
- Positive and professional interaction with team members at all times.
- Competent in the execution of standards, processes and procedures to deliver functional excellence.
- Able to provide support to the business in their discipline area.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of industry and technology developments within the discipline area.
- Able to demonstrate continual professional development.
- Competent in knowledge of regulatory frameworks and associated legislation.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
