Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

The role of an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist involves assisting individuals in their recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.

This includes conducting assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios, as well as delivering counseling to support individuals in adapting to changes in their career goals and circumstances.

The specialist will also interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

This is a fast-paced and collaborative role that requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
