Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to lead a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists in Melbourne.
About the Role:- Lead and coach a team of consultants
- Oversee team performance and quality
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Provide expert advice on case management practices
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for identifying return-to-work barriers and designing programs to facilitate injured employees' transition back to work.
Your Qualifications and Skills:- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling
- Minimum of two years' experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis
