Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement effective purchasing and marketing strategies for Wagyu beef and Japanese seafood products.
  • Determine pricing, promotions, and discounts for these premium products.
  • Develop and maintain product mixes, stock levels, customer service standards, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise shop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on different grades of Wagyu beef and Japanese seafood.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions through accounting software.
  • Attend meetings with senior management to discuss sales strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail Shop management, preferably in the Meat and Seafood industry.
  • Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A team-focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality.
  • Extreme reliability and punctuality with flexibility to work varied hours.
