Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leasing professional to drive leasing performance and enhance the tenant mix of a flagship retail centre located on the Gold Coast.


The Opportunity
  • Step into a senior leasing role where you will be directly contributing to the long-term value creation of a significant retail investment.
  • Work closely with the asset and centre management teams to shape leasing strategy, attract quality tenants, and drive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and secure new retail tenants to strengthen the centre's tenancy mix.
  • Manage negotiations for new leases, renewals, assignments, and variations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, leasing agents, and stakeholders.
  • Undertake market research to identify retail trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
  • Assist with the preparation of leasing strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Prepare heads of agreement and leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and centre teams to support activations, retailer openings, and precinct enhancements.
  • Report on leasing activity, deal pipeline, and performance against targets.

About You
  • Confident, commercially astute, and able to influence outcomes.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or commercial leasing, ideally with exposure to shopping centre assets.
  • Current Real Estate Licence.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Market knowledge and the ability to identify and secure new retail opportunities.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to deliver on targets.
