About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior School Support Officer to join our team at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Primary School. As a key member of our school community, you will provide administrative support to the Principal and leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to the school leadership and support staff
  • Communicate with the Principal and school community members on administrative systems
  • Manage financial administration and oversee site induction
  • Maintain health and safety systems and records
  • Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks
  • Competence in financial and/or administrative management
  • Valuable qualities such as tact, reliability, and the ability to work in a team effectively
  • A commitment to honesty, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Prior experience working with children or in a school environment
