About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Office and Administrative Support professional. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, liaising with couriers, setting up meeting rooms, and supporting employees with onboarding and HR administration.

You will also assist the management team and sales team with travel arrangements, brochure packs, ID cards, and general management of office supplies and services. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

We are looking for a personable, positive, and approachable individual with a "can-do" attitude who is keen to take full autonomy of the role and build strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
