Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive to lead corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and drive organisational performance in our organisation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our long-term strategy, improving operational efficiency, and driving initiatives that strengthen our impact and community engagement.

This is a pivotal role that reports directly to the CEO and is accountable for providing direction and oversight across key corporate functions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our organisation's success and help shape its future direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior leadership experience in corporate services, finance, or operations within the Aged Care/Community Care/Healthcare sectors
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA highly desirable
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strategic thinker with experience driving growth, community programs, or organisational initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational governance within the aged care sector
