Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Our organization seeks a seasoned executive to assume a pivotal leadership role within corporate services. As the Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic direction and oversight across key corporate functions.

This senior position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and involves driving initiatives that strengthen organizational impact and community engagement. Key responsibilities include leading strategy, driving growth, making impactful decisions, exerting executive influence, and overseeing broad scope projects.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Senior leadership experience in corporate services, finance, or operations within related sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with a preference for those holding CPA certification.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and experience driving growth, community programs, or organizational initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational governance within the aged care sector.
