The Delivery team in Direk, Adelaide focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a delivery expert to join the team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm.
  • Loading and unloading of delivery truck.
  • Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers and staff.
  • Route optimization, problem-solving, perform toolbox meetings, lead a small team.

Requirements:

  • Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as a physical fitness assessment.
  • Similar experience in a driver delivery role.
  • A clean driver license, a valid MR License.
  • Basic computer skills and be physically fit to lift and move appliances.
  • Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Adelaide, SA.
  • Supervisory experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Customer service experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated with a positive approachable nature.

About this Role:

This position involves delivering and installing appliances to customers in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks, completing associated paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Valid MR License.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Adelaide, SA.
