About the Role

As a Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the transition to a net zero built environment. You will work closely with clients to apply cutting-edge technology solutions and data-driven insights to achieve highly efficient buildings.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support customer delivery across key portfolios in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Analyze data and produce reports on energy and water performance using the epx EDGE platform.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer engineering, asset management, and sustainability teams.
  • Identify and communicate energy and water saving opportunities and equipment faults.
  • Conduct regular teleconferences and site visits to drive action and client engagement.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support the production of Decarbonisation Roadmaps.
  • Evaluate adherence to ISO processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the EDGE software.
  • Produce quarterly global reports on energy and contract performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years' experience in HVAC systems, BEMS, or Energy Management.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
