To support our success we are looking for a Social Impact Specialist to join the Strategy team based in Brisbane.
**About the role**
As a Social Impact Specialist, you will work within the business, across multiple streams to successfully deliver Australian Retirement Trust's Corporate and Social Responsibility, Reconciliation Action Plan, and Policy and Advocacy strategies. This will see you:
- Deliver, develop, and promote Australian Retirement Trust's Corporate and Social Responsibility Strategy.
- Build and maintain internal and external partnerships and relationships that will deliver the Strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, and Strategic Communications, to deliver internal and external communications strategies and events to promote and enhance the Strategy.
- Measure and be accountable for the delivery of the impact goals as part of the Strategy.
- Drive and promote alignment between Australian Retirement Trust's CSR, sustainable investment, people and culture, and policy and advocacy strategies.
- Work collaboratively towards the delivery of Australian Retirement Trust's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in conjunction with the RAP working Group.
- Contribute to the development of Australian Retirement Trust's policy and advocacy strategy with attention to our CSR Strategy focus areas of young Australians, women, and Indigenous Australians.
This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Strong history of professional, relevant experience in corporate social responsibility/social sustainability and/or community development.
- High level stakeholder and/or portfolio management experience and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
- Working as part of a small and agile team.
- Ability to strike a balance between providing strong direction and delivery, whilst working in a cooperative decision-making environment.
- Excellent project, budget and time management skills.
- Advanced verbal and written skills and experience in managing projects.
- Ability to work independently and with initiative to meet tight deadlines.
